Certificate Issuance Policy

Purpose

At Alpha X Learning Solutions LLC ("Alpha X"), we are committed to recognizing and validating professional learning achievements through the issuance of certificates and other credentials.

This policy outlines the requirements, eligibility criteria, and procedures for issuing certificates associated with our training programs, executive education offerings, and professional certification pathways.

Scope

This policy applies to all learning solutions offered by Alpha X, including:

  • Corporate Training
  • Customized Training Solutions
  • Public Live Online (VILT)
  • Corporate Virtual Training
  • Corporate Onsite Training
  • Bootcamps
  • Webinars
  • Conferences
  • Self-Paced Online Learning
  • Alpha X Executive Education Programs
  • Professional Certification Programs
  • Joint or Co-Branded Programs delivered with approved academic or industry partners (where applicable)

Types of Credentials

Depending on the program, participants may receive one of the following:

Certificate of Completion

Awarded to participants who successfully complete the required learning activities and attendance requirements.

Certificate of Attendance

Issued for participation in seminars, conferences, webinars, executive briefings, or events where assessment is not required.

Professional Certificate

Awarded to participants who successfully complete an Alpha X Professional Certification Program, including all required learning activities and assessments where applicable.

Professional Certificates demonstrate successful completion of a structured professional development program but do not constitute a professional license unless expressly stated.

Executive Education Certificate

Issued to participants who successfully complete an Alpha X Executive Education program.

Where an Executive Education program is delivered in collaboration with an academic institution or strategic partner, the certificate may be jointly issued or co-branded, subject to the terms of the partnership agreement.

Joint or Partner-Issued Certificates

For programs delivered in partnership with universities, business schools, professional associations, or certification bodies, certificates will be issued in accordance with the applicable partnership agreement.

The issuing organization, branding, eligibility requirements, and certificate format may vary depending on the specific program.

Digital Certificates

Certificates may be issued electronically and may include:

  • Certificate ID
  • QR Code
  • Verification link
  • Digital signature
  • Security features

Eligibility Requirements

To receive a certificate, participants may be required to:

  • Complete the course registration process.
  • Attend the required training sessions.
  • Meet the minimum attendance requirement.
  • Complete required practical exercises or workshops (if applicable).
  • Successfully complete assessments or examinations (where applicable).
  • Comply with the Alpha X Code of Conduct.
  • Fulfill any outstanding payment obligations.

Attendance Requirements

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Participants should attend at least 90% of the scheduled training hours to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
  • Programs with different attendance requirements will clearly state those requirements in the course information.

Alpha X reserves the right to withhold a certificate if attendance requirements are not met.

Assessment Requirements

Some courses include:

  • Knowledge assessments
  • Practical assignments
  • Case studies
  • Individual or group exercises
  • Final examinations

Where assessments are part of the course, participants must achieve the required standard to receive a Certificate of Achievement.

Executive Education and Professional Certification programs may require:

  • Knowledge assessments
  • Practical assignments
  • Case studies
  • Capstone projects
  • Presentations
  • Final examinations
  • Workplace application projects

Certificate Issuance Timeline

Certificates are typically issued:

Public Classroom and Live Online Courses

Within 5–10 business days after course completion.

Corporate Training

Within 10 business days after the program concludes, unless otherwise agreed.

Self-Paced Online Learning

Upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments.

Webinars and Conferences

Where certificates are offered, within 5 business days after the event.

Joint university or professional certification programs may follow the issuance timelines agreed between Alpha X and the partnering organization.

Verification

Where available, Alpha X may provide a certificate verification method through a unique certificate number or secure verification process.

Verification services may be updated as our systems evolve.

Alpha X may provide secure digital verification of certificates through:

  • Unique Certificate ID
  • QR Code
  • Online Verification Portal (future service)

Where certificates are jointly issued with partner institutions, verification procedures may be managed by Alpha X, the partner organization, or both.

Replacement Certificates

Participants may request a replacement certificate if:

  • The original certificate has been lost.
  • The certificate contains an administrative error.
  • A legal name change has occurred (supporting documentation may be required).

Alpha X may charge a reasonable administrative fee for replacement certificates.

Revocation

Alpha X reserves the right to revoke or invalidate a certificate if it was issued based on:

  • Fraudulent registration.
  • Academic dishonesty.
  • Misrepresentation of identity.
  • Administrative error.
  • Failure to meet course requirements.
  • Serious violation of the Code of Conduct.

Where appropriate, affected individuals will be notified before a final decision is made.

Recognition of Professional Certifications

Professional Certifications issued by Alpha X recognize successful completion of defined professional learning pathways.

Unless specifically stated, Alpha X Professional Certifications:

  • Are industry-focused professional development credentials.
  • Do not replace government-issued licenses or regulated professional certifications.
  • Do not constitute an academic degree.
  • May qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours where applicable.
  • May be recognized by employers based on their internal policies.

Executive Education Programs

Executive Education programs are designed for senior professionals, managers, executives, and organizational leaders.

Where Executive Education programs are delivered in collaboration with universities or academic institutions, Alpha X will clearly identify:

  • The partnering institution
  • The issuing organization
  • Certificate ownership
  • Assessment requirements
  • Academic recognition (if applicable)

Participation in an Executive Education program does not automatically confer academic credit or a university degree unless explicitly stated in the program description.

University & Strategic Partnerships

Alpha X may collaborate with:

  • Universities
  • Business Schools

Such collaborations may include:

  • Co-branded certificates
  • Joint executive education programs
  • Professional development programs
  • Workforce development initiatives
  • Customized corporate learning
  • Specialized certification pathways
