Cancellation by Participants

Where substitutions are permitted, replacement participants may attend subject to prior notification and approval.
Corporate Training
Corporate training proposals are subject to:

- Signed proposal or contract

Customized materials remain subject to the agreed proposal and intellectual property provisions.
Certificates
Certificates of Completion may be issued to participants who:
- Attend the required training sessions

- Complete any required assessments, where applicable
Alpha X reserves the right to withhold certificates where course requirements have not been met.

Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Respect instructors and fellow participants
Avoid disruptive behavior

Alpha X reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive. Such removal may occur without refund where permitted by applicable law.
